KICK PLATE
 
 
Protects the bottom of the push side of doors subject to scuffing from foot traffic. Recommended for all doors subject to normal use (especially doors using a closer.) Standard heights are 8", 10", or 12" by door width, with allowance for stop bead.
 
   
       
       
     
 
ARMOR PLATE
 
 
 
 
Protects lower half of doors from abuse by hard carts, trucks, and rough usage. Standard heights are 36", 40", or 42" with allowance for stop bead.
 
   
     
     
     
       
 
MOP PLATE
 
 
 
 
Protects the bottom of the pull side of door which is exposed to mopping and cleaning procedures. Standard heights are 4" or 6" with allowance for stop bead.
 
       
       
       
 
STRETCHER PLATE
 
 
 
 
Protects doors at specific areas where consistent contact is made by stretchers, service carts, or other equipment. Standard height is 6" or 8" by width with allowance for stop bead.
 
       
       
     
PLASTIC KICK PLATE FEATURES
     
  • 1/8" thickness  
  • Double faced/balanced construction  
  • Same covered paper both front and back  
  • Moisture barrier to prevent warping  

 

  All plates will be packed with stainless steel Phillips type "a" sheet metal screws unless another type is requested. Our standard screws are plated to match brass, bronze, and antique plates. If you require special screws, EQUIPARTS will gladly furnish them upon request. All plates are furnished with grain or satin finish running horizontally on the door. Kick plates come in all finishes and plastic.
